In psychotherapy, a central focus is the relationship we co-create, enabling a safe place for you to bring whatever issues, thoughts and feelings you would like to. You may want to talk, think together, draw, work with clay and find meaning in what is going on for you. The arts are always available for use in the therapeutic work and include clay, drawing and painting materials and sandtray and symbolic miniatures in which to bring to life issues you may be facing. As a therapist I am always interested in what is going on in the body and may invite deeper exploration here, as I believe we are always communicating this way, while words may be concealing as well as revealing. I also have a strong interest in dreams and these are always welcome in the sessions.
